Should a package arrive damaged or opened:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Or if you do, please make sure the courier reports the damage immediately.
  • Contact us as soon as possible, though no later than 5 days after arrival of the package, reporting the damage. If possible, please include pictures. Keep all packing material as it might be needed for insurance investigation purposes.
  • We will be in touch with following steps.
