Should a package arrive damaged or opened:
- Do not accept the package
- Or if you do, please make sure the courier reports the damage immediately.
- Contact us as soon as possible, though no later than 5 days after arrival of the package, reporting the damage. If possible, please include pictures. Keep all packing material as it might be needed for insurance investigation purposes.

Please be careful when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during the unpacking of the package.
